DeepSee™ is an intelligent (user-absent) processor for optimally routing the requisition to necessary persons (end users, budget officers and other approving officials in the procurement chain). It functions as a knowledge-based system shell which may be loaded with relevant business rules independently by the customer or with Datanamics assistance.
Where ordinary DSS and OLAP leave off, DeepSee™ goes to work with automatic knowledge production. In this context, "Knowledge" is the result of synthesizing new (heretofore undiscovered) facts from system-guided manipulation of data.
PayMate™ is a comprehensive credit card manager designed for designated off-system procurements. This easily installed system keeps track of credit card purchases with a variety of options. It has flexible user interfaces, and a checkbook-style reporting system. It gives the user security control, which avoids credit card abuse.
PayMate™ provides multiple-line item accounting splitting on credit card purchases, which cuts down on the hassle of matching each purchase to a funding source at end-of-month reconciliation time.
So you can cash in on early-payment rebates from your bank due to quick, accurate account reconciliation, and you never have to pay them in advance of their rebate date again to give yourself time to reconcile. A double savings! You can also set your credit card spending limits in advance by time period, by order, or by level of authority.
Interfa$e™ is a financial system interface, closing the gap between requisition processing and procurement cost accounting. It interfaces with financial systems such as AFS and can be tuned to other government and commercial financial systems.
