SQA/Test Engineer
Job Description:
The SQA/Test Engineer will be responsible for verifying and validating software applications and system functionality and its compliance with contracted requirements. Will be responsible for the preparation, execution, results reporting and analysis of various test resources. Will ensure adherence to appropriate test standards and methodologies.
Will mentor other test team members and must be able to work independently. The SQA/Test Engineer works under the direction of the SQA/CM Team Lead and will be responsible for:
- The development of test plans, test scripts and test cases to validate functional and business rule requirement
- Developing SQA test environment to perform integrated testing of the product during incremental build process.
- Must have software analysis experience and ability to view overall requirements for test execution.
- Reporting on testing activities.
Required Skills:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in software testing-both manual and automated testing and quality assurance testing methodologies, using test procedures, regression, negative and black box testing and other types of testing as required
- Ability to execute test plans and test cases
- Ensures adherence to appropriate plans, standards and methodologies
- Must have a familiarity with Software Development Life Cycles and Requirements Management NT, Unix (Solaris) environments. Knowledge of PVCS Tracker, Rational Suite or other comparable testing tools
- Good written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Procurement/Financial experience a plus
- Knowledge of CMMI methodologies

Financial Analyst (Sr. & Jr.)
Job Description:
Candidates will design, develop, and test financial audit and accounting related controls and transaction requirements and will also support the updating and re-engineering of policies, procedures and systems.
Will be involved in requirements gathering, validation an analysis and will assist clients with analyzing and reconciling accounting data and data sources, recommending corrective actions, and working with the clients to address audit concerns.
Will be involved in reporting and presenting findings. Sr Analysts candidates will be responsible for the technical and cost management of task.
Required Skills:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- 5 years experience(Sr) or 2-5 years experience(Jr) in Federal government accounting and/or auditing required.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills are required
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
- Must be able to successfully meet and complete clearance criteria.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with designing financial policies and procedures, including compliance, assessing audit readiness, developing financial audit and accounting controls.
- Detecting financial fraud is also highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CGFM, etc.
- Current security clearances are a plus
