CIO-SP2 is a 10 year IDIQ task order contract administered by the National Institute of Health (NIH) whose task orders may be Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), or Cost Sharing (CS).

Scope of Services

The scope of the CIO-SP2 contract encompasses a wide range of Information Technology products, services, and solutions for the Institutes and Centers of the NIH and all other federal agencies. The focus of this work is to proactively address issues deemed vital to the federal government and specifically to provide support to the CIO function in its critical role of helping the federal agency executive to deliver results (relative to program performance and costs) in the new millennium.
